PMZ was fortunate to gain Big Lottery Reaching Communities funding for its Project Crossovers programme.  Part of that enabled us to offer Apprenticeships to young people with a disability.  Two of our Apprentices, Lynsey and Sophie, gave us a little taste of what it was like for them by writing us a blog.  Lynsey and Mike tell us about their experiences in their 'Close Up' films which you can click on to view below.

Lynsey was one of our first Big Lottery funded Apprentices joining us as part of our Project Crossovers programme.
