We’re very pleased to welcome ‘Plymouth Argyle Community Trust’ to our PMZ building!

The Argyle Community Trust will be using the PMZ building over the next couple of months for their Football Development and Education students, mainly the first-year Post-16 learners.
The programmes that Argyle Community Trust offers local young people the opportunity to combine their academic studies with high-level football training. Students are working towards nationally recognised qualifications in sport and personal training, with pathways into higher education, employment, and the fitness industry.
You may have noticed all of the construction work going on around our building for the development of Foulston Park, where the students also have theory lessons from the Personal Trainer Academy. Deputy Head of Education at the Argyle Community Trust, Mike Foley says ‘The space at PMZ has given us the flexibility to run our education provision in a professional setting while keeping the link to our training facilities right on the doorstep.’
Mike adds ‘We’re really looking forward to building a strong relationship between PMZ and Foulston Park, and we’re hugely grateful to the PMZ team for being so accommodating. It’s a great example of two community-focused organisations working together to provide the best possible opportunities for young people in Plymouth.’
‘We’re delighted to be working with PMZ. Having access to such a welcoming classroom environment alongside our training base at Foulston Park gives our young people the best of both worlds – a professional learning space and top-level football development.’
Our building is an accessible and spacious venue, open to the wider community for booking a range of activities. We’re very pleased to welcome our neighbours, the Argyle Community Trust, to our building over the coming months.
